WAYNE 人妖色情片 A preliminary hearing was waived Tuesday and the case bound over for a former coach accused of having child pornography, according to Wayne County Assistant Prosecuting Attorney Dustin Shreve.
Gregg Alan Bragg, who worked as a coach for Wayne County Schools at Crum PK-8, was arrested in April on a felony charge of a count of distributing or exhibiting material depicting minors engaged in sexually explicit conduct.
Bragg and his attorney Cayman Jarrell appeared Tuesday before Magistrate Gary P. Thompson in Wayne County Magistrate Court, where Bragg was set for a preliminary hearing before it was waived.
According to Magistrate Court records, the Wayne County prosecutor is handling the case.
The case was bound over to the Wayne County Circuit Court, where it is waiting to be presented to the Wayne County grand jury, Shreve said.
According to the criminal complaint for the case, a cyber tip was reported in November 2024 regarding an upload to the messaging app KIK that reportedly depicted child pornography.
The law enforcement officer over the case reviewed the information from KIK and saw videos containing minors engaged in sexually explicit activity that had been distributed from the account in question, as well as a chat log where Bragg allegedly made sexually explicit comments about a juvenile he sent pictures of, according to the complaint.
Bond for Bragg was set at $50,000 and posted April 17, according to magistrate court records.
Wayne County Schools Superintendent Todd Alexander said in April that Bragg was 人妖色情片渞estricted from property and suspended from all duties as a coach while the legal and disciplinary process continues.人妖色情片
Bragg and his wife also officially resigned from their coaching roles at Crum PK-8 at the end of April.
